Last Friday Fitness.
Last Friday we did extended beep test. This one is everyone have to go to the end of the beep test. For my plan was keep running up to level 8,and after that I started to put some rest. And my plan when really will.however one thing I have to change was when level became more then10 my rest time became more. Teacher said do it own phase but I ran two or three times and rest for five or more. So next time I will work more harder.

Video fitness
On Thursday we did a video fitness. It was different then others and I felt easy do 20 sec and rest for 10 sec we repeat the prosess for I think 45min. Beging of video was easy but some of the part like push ups was hard for me. Probably I don't have muscles to do the push ups. I will do more workout at school and home.

Circuit fitness
Today's fitness was circuit fitness. We had 12 stations and do it in 40 min. First 10min was doing great but after that my pace got down.

Loco locomotion
Last Friday we did fitness call "loco locomotion" out side field. It was lilltle different then inside. Because the field is bigger then gym so I have to work more harder. That time my stomach was not feeling good but I run whole fitness.
Pond run
Yesterday in PE class we did 1min run and 1min walk of pond run. I my beep test level was 8.3. When I was doing the pond run I thought it easy fitness. Then any others. But during the summer I didn't workout so it was really hard.
For 30 minutes or 45 minutes I forgot how many minutes did I run. But I keep the pace and made it to run whole time.
