Final Portfolio Assessment "Report Card" Post.

Participation: 23

Attendance and punctuality: 5/5
I missed one or two classes. But I brought PE strip every time.
Physical presence/activity during games 5/5
I think every time I play the game I used all my strengths and energy to the game. Because I don't want to loose the game.
Intensity of participation: 4/5
Most of the time I participate in class or game. But sometime went I get tired or get bored I move just little and watch the how the games go.
Skills level in games: 5/5
I think everyone had some good and bad at games. But I think I am good at learning new games and play. Because most of the game I enjoying.
Motivation I'm different activities: 4/5
I think most of the time I have good motivation at activities but sometimes if I didn't like the game my motivate get down and do less work.

leadership: 3/5
Through this corse I learned I am not good at organizing people. But I helped some organizing while leader's explanation.

Probably people think I not look like positive. But I always positive at PE because I like playing games or moving body.

I wasn't talked about volunteering in this blog but every month just one time I goes to Japanese church and looking little kids while parents were in the church.

I do well on honestly because it not good for me. At blog I just write about what I done and what I felt. At class I just do whatever I want because it easy to do. I don't have to think about other people.

Most of the time I just wait for people bringing equipment and helped setting up. But sometimes I brought equipment by myself and also set up the game.

Comparing and learning from mine and other peoples fitness level: 5/5
Every fitness day I feel awful but I do my best and challenging myself. I usually do it by myself so I don't know how people do. But when I do the beep test most of the time I left last of the our class girls.
Changes in fitness: 4/5
I see the some changes from beginning and now. I ever giving up all the hard work at fitness and regular day. So this probably effected some changes.
Barriers/limitations to go through in participating: 5/5
Some times when I am doing the fitness I felt some dificulties so I changed to little easy one. So I don't have to spot and rest. Also everyday I walking back and came school.

Usually I didn't think about diet for eating I just eat whatever my mother's make. But it not a junk food. She always think about the balance of the meals. I think I have to think about that but my mom helping me for the food.

I always get enough sleeps and food so I don't get tired at school that much. Because if don't do that I feel awful at school whole days.

When I count the number of posts there were 24 posts. I think other people doing more than that. The quality of my posts are not good I put some pictures but not that often.

I already talked about my quality at the top. I know I should put the picture of myself but I don't like taking pictures. So it hard things for me.

I honestly I don't like writing. So blogging is takes me long time to do. But I try to put the good explanations of what I did dying the class. Also I put pictures for evidence.

I usually commenting people during the class time. I try to comments every person and tell them how amazing they are and what they have to improve.

I think My blog is little simple then other people's blogs but I like what I am doing because I just writing what I done and what I feel. I think I have to improve my grammar and others.

I felt this year of the PE was little short but we learn lots of new game and fun I will keep work oit during summer and the new school starts.

Last fitness

Yesterday our class did beep test and other and this is the result.
 
Beep test: 9.1
Push up: 20
Balancing: 7
Body bridge: 45s
High jump: 232-198=34cm
Flexible:0

From this result I found that my beep test level got up. Before this fitness I didn't workout for long time. So my fitness level was get down that what I thought. But it wasn't. This year's PE are over but I will keep working out through the summer.

Lacross at buddy day.

Last buddy day we played lacrosse with them. First of all I tought them how to throw and catch. Few times of practices little buddies got the idea of lacrosse. Beginning of the game our team couldn't get the ball because other team had boys so they got scared or other. However when ball became to team split into two and my buddy started catching ball and passed to teammates. At start I was worrying about buddies were enjoying or not.however when I tell them to split to two teams they moved more and I see the some of the smiles in their face. So I really grad.

Buddy day.

Last Friday we had buddy day. At there we played line baseball with buddies when explaining the game I try to explain nicely but my buddy got confused. So I got help from the group and we whent to the game. First half we show it to the buddies and when they got how to play we started to see the buddies smile. One thing I noticed was my buddy was really good at throwing ball. We keep rotate the butting and throwing the ball. I saw the new side of my buddy.

25min Run.

Today was Wednesday however my class did fitness. It was make a group and run with them for 25minut. I paired up with Macia because she was same fitness level with me. Our pace was 3minrun and 1min rest. First few minutes our pace was pretty good. However last few minutes Marcia's pace was got down so I made it slow pace for her. Overall we keeled up the pace and we done the 6-7 raps in 25min.

Partner work fitness

Today's fitness was partner work one person go run around the school and one person workout at gym and switch. This picture will tell you how much I worked.
For this fitness I didn't think about anything however one thing that keeps me do this fitness was when I came back from the running my partner and friends made funny reaction and that made me laugh and made me to see more. So when running part came I try to come back soon as possible and to see the reaction. Other than that this fitness was working with partner so that made me to work hard.

At dance week.


( this post is late one.)At dance week my class played bhangra and hip hop. I had some interest in the bhangra and it was really fun to play. At class the Sullivan's bhagra team taught us two different dance however only different was fast slow. their teaching was really nice and easy to understand. So I enjoyed to play. Also at classes dance battle my class won. For the hip hop  I enjoyed to play but the movement was really fast so it was hard to catch up with music. However hip hop team taught us slow and nicely so it was good to play and learn.

Last Friday

Last Friday at PE my class went to lower field with few other classes. At there we have to choose the game and choice was baseball, speedball. Ultimate and capture the flag. From there I choose capture the flag. After this usually teacher will tell us what to do and start the game but this time was all runs by ourselves. However people didn't setting up the game so I did it. After that some people noticed what I am doing and helped me the set up. Now we start the game first two-three game was pretty good everyone was having fun at there. However at last game some people started to go to the safe zone and sit and talk. I tell them to go back to own team but they didn't listen. From these things next time when we do the something I will make some rules to game runs property.

Buddy day

Last Friday we had secound time of buddy day. At there we play game. The rider and horses. First we explain the game to little buddy's and looked for how they do. Most of the time they are having fun at there. However my group was just running away from other groups. So I tell them to chase the others. 
From this experience I learned the being leader is really hard things. So little kids are more header to lead. Because they get so excited and they didn't listen and if we tell them to listen they will listen but not that long.

Four corners frisbee

On Monday we went to upper field and played new game call " four corners frisbee" ( I named it). This game is same as ultimate but different is there are four goals. It same game of four corner dodge ball. Most of the game I played for defence because if I leave there no one is  on our goal. It was pretty fun but some part got really rought. If make a more rules I think the game will go more smooth.

Workout at outside of school

So today whether was so nice. I went to Golden Stone Park for little bit of running. 
The running was so nice because of the wind. However I ran for only 5 raps. Because this was a first time of outside workout. I will try to keep up for workout during the breaks.

Buddy project

Today at lunch time my calss went to Golden Stone Park Elementary for buddy project. First we meet Gr4 buddy and my buddy was little nervous to talk to me. However when I ask the some question she replied me. From this I learned she usually watch YouTube and listening music. She likes Eliana Grande and she likes comedy drama Sam and cat.
At lunch time she play manhunt with her friends and her favorite sport was basketball. After the introducing ourselves we played dragon tall. This game was John tought us different day. During the game my buddy was running so fast and we could tell the she was having fun.

Mid Term Reflection.

Active Learning - Reflection


During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate

For participate I always brought my gym strips,get time on time, and attend to the class. My best effort and struggle for participated was when one of the choice day we played ultimet at outside in the snow. I was really cold when doing the game in the snow but I wore short and shoes and played the game. Other time was I participated for PE but I didn't do the heath management so I couldn't attended to the class.

For success of the class I think I did pretty good because most of the Choice day I enjoyed the PE. For example is the one of the choice day there was volley ball, soccer and basket ball. All of them are not my favorite one however I didn't complained and brought positive attitude to the game.

At the fitness day most of the time I didn't enjoyed but it doesn't mean I wasn't working hard, every time I brought 100% of myself. One of the fitness I enjoyed was buddy up and do 30 second then switch the part. this activity give us a little bit time of rest so this made me to work smoothly. I goals for fitness was try to not to stop until the horn or the time goes over. I think most of the I cleared but some of them a I didn't use full of my power so I can't say I complete the my goals.

The leadership is mean to me is how to make a game enjoy to the people who play the game. So I don't like the person who do the cheat. But people will do cheat to win the game. For my opinion the best leader in our class is Erlynn because she always try to make a team equal. 

For improvement would I make by the end of the year is try to become more think about fitness at outside of the school, because when get in the break I stop working out and when came back to school by fitness level is get down. So I want to work on that. Right now every Saturday I goes to swimming at YMCA so I will try to keep going  that.

So far I will give myself between 75- 85%. 

Switching Fitness

Today's fitness we did switching stations fitness. We made the group of three and we separated to three sections. The section had resistance, abs and back and last one was I forgot what it called. Anyway for this fitness I did main was resistance because at the weight room thing I choose to work on my arms.

choice day

To day we had a choice day. the choice was soccer, atomic volleyball and handball and I choose hand ball. During the game my team was scored many goals but I couldn't work as a team. My teammates is passing a ball but I couldn't catch properly. Then last if the game was My teammate didn't pass me a ball. However I scored one point at the game so it wasn't bad.

Tuesday fitness

Thursday fitness we did a hill run. Hill run is a one of the fitness that I don't like. Any how, we ran 20 minute and I did 12 raps in total. But when walking back to the start point. I walked really slow because I didn't feel will. But at running I ran fast as I could.

Fitness

Last Friday fitness we had a choice. Community and the pond run. I choose pond run because during winter break I didn't workout so I thought my body won't hold for community run. For pond run begging was good pace. However after 10-15 min started to slow down. From here I realized I need to think about my body.
