Last Friday we had secound time of buddy day. At there we play game. The rider and horses. First we explain the game to little buddy's and looked for how they do. Most of the time they are having fun at there. However my group was just running away from other groups. So I tell them to chase the others.
From this experience I learned the being leader is really hard things. So little kids are more header to lead. Because they get so excited and they didn't listen and if we tell them to listen they will listen but not that long.
素晴らしい Miki! Being a leader can be tough as you learned Friday :)
ReplyDeleteSince the buddies had such short attention spans, what did you do to try and effectively communicate the game to them? Did you do anything differently than you would if say you were explaining the game to a friend who was your age?
頑張って.
