Mid Term Reflection.

Active Learning - Reflection


During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate 
in a variety of activities?  On what days have you participated to your best effort and 
why?  What days have been a struggle for you and why?

How do you contribute to the overall success of the class?  What kind of attitude do 
you bring and why?  How do you interact with other students in our class?

Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself 
physically?  What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most?  What fitness 
goals do you have for the rest of the year? 

What does "leadership" mean to you?  Who are the best leaders in our class - why?

What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year?  What are 
you the most proud of so far?



For participate I always brought my gym strips,get time on time, and attend to the class. My best effort and struggle for participated was when one of the choice day we played ultimet at outside in the snow. I was really cold when doing the game in the snow but I wore short and shoes and played the game. Other time was I participated for PE but I didn't do the heath management so I couldn't attended to the class.

For success of the class I think I did pretty good because most of the Choice day I enjoyed the PE. For example is the one of the choice day there was volley ball, soccer and basket ball. All of them are not my favorite one however I didn't complained and brought positive attitude to the game.

At the fitness day most of the time I didn't enjoyed but it doesn't mean I wasn't working hard, every time I brought 100% of myself. One of the fitness I enjoyed was buddy up and do 30 second then switch the part. this activity give us a little bit time of rest so this made me to work smoothly. I goals for fitness was try to not to stop until the horn or the time goes over. I think most of the I cleared but some of them a I didn't use full of my power so I can't say I complete the my goals.

The leadership is mean to me is how to make a game enjoy to the people who play the game. So I don't like the person who do the cheat. But people will do cheat to win the game. For my opinion the best leader in our class is Erlynn because she always try to make a team equal. 

For improvement would I make by the end of the year is try to become more think about fitness at outside of the school, because when get in the break I stop working out and when came back to school by fitness level is get down. So I want to work on that. Right now every Saturday I goes to swimming at YMCA so I will try to keep going  that.

So far I will give myself between 75- 85%. 

Switching Fitness

Today's fitness we did switching stations fitness. We made the group of three and we separated to three sections. The section had resistance, abs and back and last one was I forgot what it called. Anyway for this fitness I did main was resistance because at the weight room thing I choose to work on my arms.

choice day

To day we had a choice day. the choice was soccer, atomic volleyball and handball and I choose hand ball. During the game my team was scored many goals but I couldn't work as a team. My teammates is passing a ball but I couldn't catch properly. Then last if the game was My teammate didn't pass me a ball. However I scored one point at the game so it wasn't bad.

Tuesday fitness

Thursday fitness we did a hill run. Hill run is a one of the fitness that I don't like. Any how, we ran 20 minute and I did 12 raps in total. But when walking back to the start point. I walked really slow because I didn't feel will. But at running I ran fast as I could.

Fitness

Last Friday fitness we had a choice. Community and the pond run. I choose pond run because during winter break I didn't workout so I thought my body won't hold for community run. For pond run begging was good pace. However after 10-15 min started to slow down. From here I realized I need to think about my body.
