Video fitness

On Thursday we did a video fitness. It was different then others and I felt easy do 20 sec and rest for 10 sec we repeat the prosess for I think 45min. Beging of video was easy but some of the part like push ups was hard for me. Probably I don't have muscles to do the push ups. I will do more workout at school and home.

  1. great effort miki! maybe you could try modifying the harder workouts like the pushups so you're still working out instead of just sitting around. when you get used to doing the modified version, then maybe you'll be able to do the original! :)
